• STUDIODEV SARL, operators of this website, is a registered client of the Caisse d'Epargne.
• We use the encrypted system SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to ensure that all payments are secure. The entire payment process is guarenteed by our partner the Caisse d'Epargne thanks to its exclusive on-lin epayment system SPPLUS.
• All information pertaining to your bank card (number and expiration date) are confidentially processed by the Caisse d'Epargne and cannot be viewed on the internet.
• None of your banking data transits through our website. We do not have access to it, nor do we stock it.
• If your card has been stoen and you have notified your bank, no purchase can be made with your card.
  

The stages of transaction

• On each product page of our site you can add to your shopping cart ("Add to basket" sign).
• When you have placed all your desired items in your shopping cart, click on "Pay for my order" (pay button visible in the basket) to validate your purchase.
• A summary of your purchases will appear, and you must fill in an order form containing your postal address for delivery. When you validate your purchase, your order will be transferred to our partners for delivery.
• You will be transferred to the secure payment site of the Caisse d'Epargne. You will automatically be directed to a secure zone where the confidentiality of your personal data is guarenteed.
• The Caisse d'Epargne's server will ask for your bank card number, its expiration date, and its security code.
• The Caisse d'Epargne's server will ask for authorisation of payment. You will be informed of the answer, and if authorisation is given the transaction will be completed and your purchase validated.
• You can print out a copy of your purchase details.
• If you have registered an e-mail address during the purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail directly from the Caisse d'Epargne.
