Your purchase form is automatically and immediately transferred to the suppliers responsible for delivery. Our suppliers are committed to the fastest delivery possible. You are informed of their contact details to faciliate this.

General conditions

Items sold by STUDIODEV SARL on its different internet websites are only deliverable to the countries listed on the product page (unless indicated otherwise).

Delivery is conducted by our partner suppliers to the address registered at the moment of purchase, as londg as inventory permits. If the supplier is out of stock of the item selected, the supplier will inform the purchaser directly by e-mail, and will inform him of the estimated date of delivery.

Speed of delivery depends upon the transporter or the postal service. The date of delivery indicated at time of purchase is an estimation, and should not be considered a commitment. A delay in delivery is not valid cause for cancellation of order, nor for reimbursement.

When purchasing more than one item from more than one supplier, delivery of each item is the responsibility of each supplier separately.

Date of delivery indicated at time of purchase is an estimation based on average delivery times. When items are temporarily out of stock, the estimated date indicated is calculated on the most pessimistic expectation.

Suppliers can deliver in more than one go. In these cases any transport costs associated will be applied for one delivery only. Orders are processed only after payment has been completed. Delivery times should be calculated from this moment only. Any purchase not sent out 30 days after completion of payment will be considered as annulled, unless otherwise declared, and will be reimbursed.

STUDIODEV SARL declines all responsibility in case of unreasonable delivery delays by one of its partner suppliers

Problems of delivery

Upon delivery please verify that everything corresponds with your order. Only then should you sign the receipt of delivery. Any abnormality should be clearly noted on the receipt and signed by you.

In this case you should also contact the transporter within 2 days of delivery and copy us on any correspondence: STUDIODEV SARL - 30 rue des Vergers - LE XENIUM / ECOSPACE - 67120 MOLSHEIM - FRANCE.

Items should be returned within 2 days of delivery. Beyond this delay no reclamations will be accepted, nor processed. Returned items should be in unchanged condition, in their original packaging.

By the national legislation concerning on-line purchases, you also have the right to return purchased items within 7 days without providing justification.(see General Terms of Sale).
